I had placed an order to be delivered yesterday. I provided the wrong address and called to get it corrected. I said it would be today before they could deliver the flowers. I called today and there had been a snafu and I spoke with the owner regarding it. She was very accommodating and apologetic and went out of her way to make a very special bouquet. And she had her husband deliver it. That kind of customer service goes a long way.
